I have no idea how to play golf. I don't know the rules, terminology, or the technique. Please, tell me a website where I can learn how to play Golf, and know what I am doing?

go to www.playgolfamerica.com the best place to learn about and find golf programs in you area. Look for a class called link up 2 golf. I have a lot of links on my blog roll that can help also

I agree with the other respondents you can not learn golf from a website. however, you can get the rules at USGA.com. golf is more of an art than a sport or skill. the art is learning how to hit the ball well. I personally have palied for 20 years or more and am still doing good to break 100.

Watch the lessons on the golf channel. You just have to pay attention to details and pick the lessons that you think will help you most. That's how I learned and I'm a scratch (0) handicap now :D Golf magazines are good too. I subscribe to Golf Digest. Real lessons are a waste of money.

wikipedia. definitely. I'm a teen. 16 years old. and I started to learn at a free program around two years ago. I now love to play golf. Go to like a rec center around town and ask about golf lessons or clubs.

um, no website will teach you golf. best to get lessons from a pro. they will get you set on a right track to have a great time on the links.

try golf for dummies :) they recently revised it again and it is a very good book for beginners and will get you started for now if you can't afford lessons yet
