Well, I don't know about five lol, I'm so lousy at remembering band names and singers. I honestly don't care who wrote it lol, just the song itself.
But I love "Adonai" by Avalon, pretty much anything Rich Mullins sang, and Chris Rice (not sure if that's the correct name). If I want to sing the old gospels, I listen to Anne Murray. Yeah, I know, sort of dorkey, but she has a voice I can sing along with lol.

The artists that I like are The McKameys and Karen Peck and New River and the Gaither
Series Music. I do not think that rap music should tie in with the realm of Christian music. Anything that we say or do should glorify God and I feel that rap music does not and cannot uplift our Lord's precious name.

I only have one I like best and thats Mercyme they have a website where you can listen to samples of their music. just do a search and you should find it easy.
