I want to go to Vegas in September and have always heard that there are cheaper days of the week to fly than others.

Definately Mon-Thurs. Friday and Sunday are the two most expensive days to fly anywhere. Tues and Wed are the two cheapest days. But you also have to know what conventions are going on to get a cheaper fare. But it also depends on the airline. If you chose one that is like Southwest or Jet Blue that has set fares, you just have to get in early enough.

The main thing is book 30 days in advance. Look at the travel sites, then check the airlines themselves. No matter what website you use, READ ALL OF THE FARE RULES!!! I honestly find the best deals directly with the airlines themselves. Southwest and Jet Blue do not participate in the travel sites so go directly to their website. This far in advance you hve the best option for their lowest fares.

Las Vegas is the absolute most fascinating and amusing town on earth and with hotelbye you will discover out more. Nowhere otherwise on earth you may find a town that has most of the travel amenities that just a total resort destination could possibly offer: luxurious casino hotels, great dining, amazing live amusement and state-of-the art meeting and business display facilities. Las Vegas is surely a magnificent city and everything that you would assume from a world-class metropolis, and more, is below for your journey pleasure. Among the areas you need to visit in Las Vegas could be the Fremont Street, a pedestrian area with a myriad of special sites.

Flying in from Sunday through Wednesday is good (as long as there is not a convention in town) - and the hotels are cheaper on those days as well. If you go to Travelocity or some such site, it will usually give you a calendar with the hotel prices for each day (which do vary from week to week). DO NOT go during Labor Day Weekend - unless you want to spend a fortune!!! Weekends in general are very high - and very crowded.
