When did you last eat? You're blood sugar could be dangerously low...that could be what's causing your "shakey" feeling.
Try some OJ or crackers and cheese to normalize your blood sugar.

I think i answered this on but didn`t push submit. First of all i feel very bad for you with this shaky feeling. Have you had your blood sugar tested by your physician? I had low blood sugar and i would shake and get very dizzy like I was going to pass out. Are you on any medications? I know sometimes we forget to tell our drs about otc medicines and allergy pills like sudafed will make you shake. I hope that you get better soon........

You may be experiencing a panic attack. Go back to your doctor and keep telling him your symptoms. Hopefully they will find the source of your problems. If it is nerves, there are meds that can help. Don't be embarrassed to ask for help. Everyone has something or another. Good luck to ya. I hope you will feel better soon.

This is more than likely anxiety. You have been going through a very stressful time for quite a while now and it is expected. I have this happen to me at times also. It is weird but nothing to worry about. You are going to be fine. You go through many strange things from time to time but yet still manage to get through them all and you are still here and living. You are ok I know it! just like you always tell me.:)

I'm not an expert at all but make sure you are eating well and sleeping enough. If so, then I think you should see a doctor as soon as possible. I hope you feel better soon!

May be as simple as a lack of minerals in your diet, lack of adequate fluid intake, major hormone swings, absolute last undiagnosed anxiety (panic attacks, which by the way can and usually are biologically based).

Do you have good muscles or are you lacking from being sedentary? I found exercise and good muscle tone helps eliminate shakiness.
