And why don't they just accept that Giggles loves everyone and never said being gay was a sin or making gay love is a sin.In fact the only sins he mentions is hate and doing injustices and hurting others as a sin.

Odd views against gays:
Gays get diseases
(So do straights)
Gays are sinners
(Only in your view. But then everything is a sin according to your views)
Gays are gross
(How would you know unless you did something gross first)
Gays are girly
(Don't know many gays do you?)
It is not natural
(Neither are genetic abnormalities)

Until you actually are gay then there really isn't any reason for your hate of them AND/OR what they do.Right? So you can live with this hate but that hate is hate no matter how you spin it.Embrace love and stop the senseless religious zealotry! Please?

Well I am a christian, and I was watching a simple life the other night. There were two lesbians getting married. Nichole Richey asked the neighbors if htey wanted to come to the wedding. The neighbor replied UMM No i belive in God. I thought that makes christians look judgemental and really bad. I heard once that we love the sinner and not the sin...We ALL sin. So if it is wrong by the bible then so is lying and being judgemental..No sin is worse then the other. So not all lf us hate gays people. I think that if people can be happy in love then hey thank God cuz it seesm with the divorce rate and the affair stories I hear that America is not doing so well...so don;t worry about waht people think. I am sure they just have issues they are trying to deal with and take it out on you...Glad you are happy....

Homosexuality is a sin, but Christians shouldn't be Hateful to anyone.
More importantly, I would like to share with you the Truth about the afterlife. I only tell you this because I care what will happen to you when you die. Have you ever told a lie, stolen anything, used God’s name in vain? These are just a few of God’s Moral Laws. When you die, God will judge you on the basis of His Moral Law. If you stand guilty before God of breaking His Laws, He will send you to Hell. If God is Just and Holy, He must punish lawbreakers. The good news is that God provided a way for you to be forgiven and go to Heaven. Jesus Christ died on a cross and rose again to pay the debt for your sins and take your punishment. What you must do is Repent, which means to say you are sorry to God and turn away from your sins. Then put your complete Trust in Jesus Christ. Only then will you be accepted into Heaven, not because you’re a good person, but because you’re a bad person who’s been forgiven. Please give this some thought. Your Eternal Destination depends on it.

Misunderstanding as to the "abomonation" of a man lieth with another man is at the heart of the hatred.

If we understand the context of the prohibition, it make sense.

First, the act is the abomination, not the people (remember "hate the sin but love the sinner"?)

At the time of Sodom and Gomorrah, sexual knowledge was scant as to be transparant.

It was felt that a man had a finite amount of seed. Now, since you could be a birth away from tribal annihilation (between disease, accident, warfare, infant mortality and other mishaps), it was vitally critical that your sperm goes when it was meant to go, into your wife's womb.

Anal sex does not benefit anyone as a) it will not result in pregnancy, b) it is sex for fun, c) it is lustful sex.

(And for those keeping score, the Sin of Gomorrah is female-to-female oral sex).

The same reasons work against masturbation. That sperm should be shooting into your wife, not into the air.

Ok first off Homosexuality is a sin not being attracted to the same sex. The sin is in the sex. And actually we dont HATE gay people. I feel sorry for them because they are a bit confused but hate them I dont. I dont condone what they do. Every person has to account for their own behavior here on this Earth so what you do is up to you. If someone hates you and says they are a Christian then they most likely arent the kind of Christian that follows Christ. Even heterosexuals commit sin by having sex outside of marriage.

You can say someone is doing something wrong without hating them. And because you say what they are doing is wrong doesn't mean you hate them. Many people assume that when God said that homosexuality is wrong, He was saying that He hated gays. Not true. But He does hate sin of any kind in any one. If you don't like the idea that it is sin, then you'll have to take that up with God. I'm just passing on what He has said. Oh, and remember...He died on the cross to pay the price for that sin. That sounds pretty loving to me.

The Bible says that homosexuality is wrong, however so is hate. There is a favorite saying that should help some put it into perspective..."Love the sinner, hate the sin". All of mankind are born to sin, some are aldulters, liars, murderers and so on. No one is perfect and in the end hate will not win anyone over, it just breeds more hate.

First of all, your question shows that you are prejudiced against Christians, so take the log out of your own eye before you seek to remove the mote from someone else's eye.

Saying that Christians are hateful is like making any other statement that puts all people in a negative context. It's like some redneck asking "Why are Mexicans lazy or why do black people steal?"

Secondly, what is truly hateful in the deepest sense of the word is to fail to tell people that any activity that they engage in as a lifestyle will disqualify them from receiving eternal life in the presence of God.

1 Corinthians 6:9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor covetous, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor abusive people, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you! But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

Last of all, I don't go around condemning anyone. Instead I tell them that there is power available to overcome any sinful practice as I can testify to since I was addicted to alcohol and lived the life of a drunkard ever since I was a teenager but God called me into his family and gave me his Holy Spirit and now I live a changed life through the power of Christ and anyone else can do the same thing with God's help.

That's not hateful. That's loving people and trying to help people and caring enough about them to risk having people like you call me names and put me down and misunderstand my motives.

Those Christians who chose to HATE gays are extremely ignorant and contradictory, because God teaches love, not hate. I myself am a Christian, and do not agree with the gay lifestyle, but I don't hate or pr-judge those who are gay. I feel as though gays are people to, and judge them and befriend them based upon the same standards I would have for a straight person. Disagreeing with somebody's lifestyle should not necessarily be the breaking point on your opinion of that person. (And I said "necessarily" because you're not knowingly going to become best friends who is a murder for a living, for example).

In fact, in Levicus Chapter 18, God did say that gay acts are sin. (Leviticus 18:22: "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.) So clearly God has empahtically stated that homosexual acts are a sin.

Christians do not hate homosexuals. They hate the sin of the act. The true Christian prays that the homosexual will turn from his ways and stop performing acts which are an offense to God.

Chrisians are hateful of gays and lesbians who try to force their sinful lifestyles into schools, the government, established organizations, etc., etc. They try to do this by making people feel guilty that they are not tolerant of the gay lifestyle. Well, as I quoted above in Scripture, God is not tolerant of the gay lifestyle, and so Christians are not tolerant of gays who try to introduce the gay way of life into our society.

The Christians who hate gays do not hate them because "the bible says it's wrong". They hate them because THEY are homophobic, and use their religion to justify their bigotry.

The bible also says that you can't eat shellfish, and that husbands pretty much OWN their wives. Oh, but many people eat shellfish and many wives pretty much own their husbands!

They need to feel like they are good people for being ignorant self-righteous morons. So they use the bible.

I'm straight, but not NARROW. Wear your gay colors with pride.

And yes, it IS natural. I can't stand when people say that homosexuality isn't natural just because you can't conceive a child by being gay. Guess what. A girl giving her husband a BJ won't make a baby either, but I don't see anyone condemning blowjobs.
