you need more potassium! My husband just went to the doctor for something like this. You need to go and buy some propel water. Drink a couple of those a day and it will go away. My husband did this and it was gone the next day- try it!I bet it will work!

You may be low on potassium, eat more bananas. My feet and toes cramp up real bad sometimes doc said eat bananas.

You could be dehydrated and low on potassium. Drink lots of water and eat bananas or take a supplement.

Try to get some more potassium in your diet, it may be muscle spasms, which can be very painful. Also, it is important that you check with your doctor about this if it continues.

try to massage ur foot and toe or numb them with ice or just relax ur foot for a day and then try to see if that works!

I have the same thing.Check with you parents but mine is a lack of iron. Mainly surfaces if I need to drink more water.
