While playing "Civilation" my son asked the above question. I have noted English, Spanish-Speaking, Asian and Arabic on notices or correspondance received. I cannot find the answer quickly.

Living in Texas Southern Coastal, I've met many Vietnamese, my physian(s) are Indian so I thought perhaps Texas may have a number due to occupation, schooling, specific visa permits and so forth.

no Arabs in Dearborn don't speak Arabic because most of them are Christians from northern Iraq.
there are lots of Egyptians in New Jersey.
