Some people might find it icky, but if you don't, then go for it. Alot people think that that might cause birthdefects in children if concieved by the couple, but actually, that won't happen after the first cousin line.

I believe I would pass on the cousin. I think it was the Arab Bedouins that said marring a girl from outside the tribe is like wearing someone else's shoes. I bet they have some really messed up kids.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with dating your second cousin; I mean Franklin Roosevelt did it for God's sake. Personally, I recently married my brother and we are perfectly happy and recently had a mentally retarded child with severe deformities, but who cares about that kid as long as me and bubby are happy.

Mine tried real hard to hook up with me,locked my bedroom door and all, I told her No. I wanted to i was sportin a chubby, but I just felt wrong about it. I 'm really glad I didn't.

I don't think it's wrong. But things could be awkward should you break up since she may be in your life a lot. Also, if your relatives should find out, they may freak out!
