Im gonna have to go with gallons of water.. since the earth is 70% water
drops of water the ooceans can reach 30,000 ft
and grains of sand of grass. sand is way smaller and there are many deserts

but now I'm rethinking my first answer, because a lot of the world is desert...but my final answer is still grains of sand.

hmmm, great question, im going with grains of sand, i definetely dont think its blades of grass over the two since there is only one layer of grass. There are many layers of the ocean and there are many layers of the earth.
Im going with sand!
