When I first wake up, the arch of my feet are very stiff and sore,
and for a while, it is hard and painful to walk. It is even harder to bend my feet. After a while, all the pain goes away. Does anyone else get this?? Should I see a doctor? Help!!

Yes. I have this problem and I have been told that it is from wearing shoes with no arch support. I am a flip flop junkie and I am constantly wearing them during the summer. I have been told to quit wearing them and get shoes that provide good arch support and the pain will go away. I find that when I wear tennis shoes for several days, my feet don't hurt. It's so hot outside, though, who wants to wear tennis shoes all the time. I still wear flip flops, but they are terrible for your feet!!

Depending on your weight and age, you could have arthritis. Or you use your feet alot. Try resting them. If they still hurt after about two hours. Call your doctor.
