Yes. I used to be a firefighter and we had to carry each other out of buildings all the time in fire school. I once had to carry a 200lb guy down a 3 story ladder and also had to drag a 250lb guy 100 feet. Guys used to ask me to throw them over my shoulder as a stupid bar trick. Once in a while I'd do it until the time I'd had too much to drink and dropped a Captain on his head. Oops.

Learn the fireman's carry and you can easily lift and move someone bigger and heavier than yourself. Done it hundreds of times.
