Pay attention to calories! You can eat LOTS of green beans! LOL. First, are you really eating a lot or are you over indulging on brownie sundaes and such? Soda, Starbucks, shakes, Ritters in general, and the like will pack on the pounds quicker than anything! It's really what you eat and not how much. You could drink diet soda all day long and not gain anything! It has no calories. I have the same problem. I don't eat much of anything and I'm always still hungry after I eat, but I gain the weight by eating brownie sundaes and such. Now, I need to lose 30-40 pounds. It's going to be hard. It was easier when I worked 2 jobs. I didn't have time for food. Now work makes me take a lunch and I'm home for hours every night by myself with too much time to snack!

It's not the food but the type of food you eat..find healthier ways to eat and you still eat the amount..just try more vegetables, lean meat such as chicken, fish, and more fruit instead of candy and cakes..It all about calorie intake and portion control..I see alot of success in Weight Watchers because they have prepared easily purchased and portion control meals..they also have great desserts. You get support from the meetings..I am advocated this but it depends if you need support with changing your eating habits..It's up to you..

Keep busy. Start doing outdoor activities, sports, meet up with friends, etc... Not to hard if you really want to stop eating food. If you really like to eat alot; eat smaller portions throughtout the day.

Gradually, so your stomach adjusts and you don't feel deprived. Pass up a snack. Serve yourself in a plate and say this is it, one serving. Don't wait till you're starved to eat. Contnue to choose these you like among low calorie foods. Drink a lot of water and eat slowly.

Hmmm. you can try using smaller plates and having a list of enjoyable activities to choose from to replace unnecessary munching. You can also have more nutritious snacks around like fruits and veggies, drink more water and plan your meals for the week. Good luck.

Drink more water. If you drink a glass of water before every meal it helps. Plus, drink your 8 glasses a day. If you are well hydrated you will not feel as hungry.
