Why not? It'll be no different than eating it right after having bought it from them. Do they really put cake in there instead of all ice cream?

yes but you may want to take it out a few minutes prior to serving so that it is easier to cut and serve, and will have a better texture for your guests.

u can put anathing in the freezer for months and u can still eat it

Yes, but wrap it or place it in something ot keep it from being dried out.
