alternate hot and cold shower, finish off with good rough Turkish towel rubdown. Also use Dr Bronners peppermint soap, it really wakes you up and refreshes you!

Put cold water in a sink and add some ice. Dip your face in it a few times, it is a real eye opener. I do it to wake up and feel a little refreshed, especially at a hotel, it is one of the best ways after a bad nights sleep.

Mt. Dew! hehe...well, that's what I do anyway.
I will say, though, that even though you've said no sleep, I've heard that little catnaps can help a lot! I mean, even if you sit back and sleep for a few minutes, they've been called 'power naps'. Just what I've heard, though.
