I made Saucy Twist....

16 oz. Twist Noodles
1 Can mushroom soup (11-13 oz. I think)
1/4 ketchup
Spam (or comparable.. can use realy ham but only that amount that Spam ocmes in)
Velveeta cheese
And your desired veggie.

Cook noodles as directed while you cook Spam in skillet.
Cube Spam and put in skillet. Brown Spam. Season it with your favorite seasonings. I use Italian seasonings, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add ketchup and soup. Turn down low and stir it until warm.
Mix Spam mix with noodles in large bowl.
Place casserole in 13x9 casserole dish and layer with slices of Velveeta.
Place in oven (350) until cheese is melted.
Take out of oven and stir. Then serve.
This feeds my family of 5 for two meals. Its good cold as well.
