Yum, I love tzatziki!
Ingredients:
2 small cucumbers -- peeled and diced
1 1/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon dill -- chopped
1 lemon, juiced
white pepper -- to taste
salt -- to taste
Directions:
Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Blend yogurt mixture with a whip until smooth. Dry cucumbers by patting with paper towels. Add Cucumbers and dill to yogurt mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Gyros or as a dipping sauce.

Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
2 cups yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 shallot, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large pinch salt
Ground white pepper, to taste
Drain the yogurt in a cheesecloth-lined strainer set over a bowl for 1 hour.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve as a salad dressing or as an accompaniment with spicy foods, such as vegetable curry.

Yes, you buy a cup of yogurt (make sure its the flavor you hate the most), some extra-chunky spaghetti sauce, and a cucumber.
Then heat up the spaghetti sauce, slice up the cucumber and add it to the sauce, and then dump the cup of yogurt in it. Let it cook for 20 minutes. Then, let it sit for 2 days in your fridge.
Be sure to eat it cold.
