some people are, but everyone can't just stop what they are doing and fix it, may be it's nature doing it and we can't do any about it anyway, or if we are doing it what will fix it, it might of took along time
to get to this point, so just like losing weight, you can't just fix it over night, what would you have us do, quit our jobs and live in caves, or
maybe kill anyone driving cars/or using fuel or burning anything, it's just not that easy

People seem to be more interested in themselves. In making money, shopping and looking good, etc. The environment seems to always come last. You get people who would rather use their car to get somewhere they could walk to in 5 minutes.
A lot of people just don't want to make any effort at all to do something about global warming and other environmental problems. Even if it's only a small thing.
And you get people driving around in big stupid SUV's who either don't care or are just too ignorant about how much their car is contributing to global warming. They probably don't even think about the financial cost in running such cars. Get a small car if you need to drive! Too much selfishness in this world.

Because they all are Careless in Present.
When this will actually happen ,that time they will understand Why they didn't think about Global Warming.
They like to Cut the Jungles (Wilds) & build there many buildings but they are not thinking about ,what will be the Result?
We should Stop them & plantation.
I plant the 5-7 plants every Summer Vacation when I go to the Village.

I know! People these days don't care, but I do. And I can't do any big thing about it, which sucks. But people don't care because they don't know what are the effects, and think that it won't make a difference. In my school, I had a guy who came to our school by bicycle, from California to Costa Rica! And every country and state he past by, he went to other schools and teach how bad it's becoming. And he is still planning to go to South America all by bicycle, because he doesn't want to use cars or airplanes. And his things are soooo light,his tent,clothes, and sleeping bag is all light. And he has a small stove, it's made out of a can. But it's very tired to do all that. It took him months to go to Costa Rica, but the point is that he made it and is making effort. But it's sad people don't give a ****, but I wish people did care. But hey, there are at least some people who care. ; )

People couldnot understant about global warming. It is an issue
before the governments of countries. The problem should be published and seek advice from institutions.

because they do not realise that it is going to effect them
when there is no more super market or water costs more than whiskey ,maybe they will see the light
they are under a mind control ,it is not their fault
they have been brainwashed to not see the truth like ostriches putting their heads into the ground.
if you check them out you will discover that all of them believe that they will go to heaven .

Many people are "paying attention," but those who aren't are following the human psychological trait of ignoring bad things in the hope that by ignoring them they'll just go away.

1) In denial
2) Dont believe in science/technology
3) Ignorance
4) Too much Jerry Springer instead reading Kyoto reports
5) Have other problems to deal- bills, loan and milking cows
6) Never care about future generation/grandchildren
7) Prefer to taste OH2 and get asthma
8) Pro- Bush/ anti- Al Gore
9)They are better than scientists
10) SUVs driver

Because it costs money and time to deal with it. The killing over in the middle east and elsewhere by a group of cowards is deemed more important at this time.
