I'm not sure that I should recomend this for someone so young; however, it is really a diet that gets back to eating naturally and not so much processed/artificial stuff, so I think that it would be ok, and easy to do.
I just finished a diet called 18in4 because you are supposed to be able to lose 18 pounds in 4 days. I have to admit that I followed it strictly and "only" lost 11 pounds, but in 4 days, that is still amazing and is about as long as I can stick with a diet anyways.LOL
Anyway, it wasn't free-I got the diet on the website: 18in4.com
If you don't mind spending a little money and four days, it is worth a try.

You don't need a diet! You just need to eat healthy! Sit down with your doctor and get their approval BEFORE any exercise or dieting.
Cut out unnecessary garbage: sugary things like candy, cakes, smoothies. Avoid white bread and white rice, if you're going to eat breads and rices, eat whole wheat or brown rice. Eat enough protein, eggs, chicken, fish, lean beef. Yogurt is very good for you. Have a yogurt a day. Don't drink your calories, drink water, skim milk. Don't drink fruit juice, the amount of calories in juice, you're better off just eating the fruit and getting the fiber from it. Cut out fats: anything cooked in fat, like fries, fried chicken, anything fried! Don't put butter on things, and don't cook with butter. Eat 5-6 servings of veggies a day. It's summer time, go to a farm stand and get good for you items: zucchini, summer squash, broccoli, greens. Spruce them up with vinegars, they are low cal and have excellent vitamin properties. Don't deprive yourself either. Set goals and reward yourself. If you lose a dress size, go buy one new article of clothing. If you lose 10lbs go get to a movie you really want to see. Find ways of making yourself want to exercise. Say, I will walk around the block for 20 minutes, then once I am done, I will go on Yahoo. :)
Most of all, get outside! Swim, bike, walk, jump rope, skate board. Do fun things! Get a friend to join you! It can even be a friend who doesn't need to lose weight, thin doesn't mean you're fit! Remember, if you work out, you might gain weight in muscles. Don't measure your success on the scale, measure your success by how your clothes fit you.
