You just have to find the right woman that's all. Personally I think it's a great testament to your character that you are looking after a child alone. Good job Dad!

You might more likely find a woman with kids who wants a blended family than to find a single woman who wants to parent your child. A woman past child bearing age might be an exception. I've heard stories of women dating a single dad and the dad was so needy and didn't say he'll be responsible for 100% parenting the child, she was scared off, feeling needed not wanted.

LOL I'm glad you asked. It's because women need a lot of attention - like, at ALL times. If you have kids your attention will be split and we don't like that. We also don't want to deal with the whole ex-wife, kids, visitationss, ex-wife's family, etc etc. At least for me, that is. I just want a normal single guy who will do everything with me.
And what happens if we have kids with you. You'll never fully love that kid because you have this other kid to love. There's gonna be jealousy in the future.
I'm sorry! :) I guess your best bet is find a woman with a kid as well so you can both share and understand each other's situations.

HAHAHAHHAA I am a single mom, and believe me, dates are few and far between. The women I know don't care if the guy has kids, maybe you are asking the wrong people. And you want a prety amazing woman to be around your kids, as well. Hang in there, it will get better :)

maybe u haven't ask the right women to go yet. there are some out there won't mind going out with single dad's.
