Eat a good meal first, don't drive, end with the aspirin and water (you'll feel better in the morning, dehydration is what gives you the hangover ). In between mix in water. If you are going to drink, choose drinks that are mixed with water to reduce the hangover; e.g. scotch & water or whiskey & water. You can add lime or lemon to improve the taste. Also, it is easier and less notable to alternate your drinks throughout with straight water or change to straight water when you feel that you have had enough and you're not ready to stop. Binge drinking is just going to make your body punish you and punish you. Take it easy, you don't want to remember your 21st as when you almost died from overdrinking or be remembered for acting the fool.

If you haven't drank much in the past its best to stay with one type of drink. Vodka and cranberry is a nice cocktail, I like it with some pineapple juice in there as well. If you drink vodka don't switch to Tequila or rum, unless you wish to get sick on you big night. Drink responsible have a designated driver, and if you need a different drink change to beer were unless you drink too much, it will mix OK with anything you start with.

Rules is drink your alcohol (liquor) first, start with maybe a shot of some whiskey, rum or vodak, and work your way up to mixed drinks and then finish with the beer. You do the opposite and the toilet will be your best friend. Bring some $ with you

Something cool to start with, like Long Island Ice Tea (you can only appreciate cocktails early in the night) and move onto something like beer. Drink plenty of water as well. And NEVER take aspirin before going to bed, it can cause ulcers and hemorrhaging! If you have a headache before bed, take paracetamol only.

Pace yourself - drink weak beers all night.
Don't whatever you do drink both red wine and beer, unless you want to feel dreadful the next day.
Have a glass of water between each drink and end with two pints of water before bed. You won't regret it the next day(s).

Happy Birthday!
Lots of good stuff here.
Do the food, hydrate, aspirin, but remember this: Puking Sucks!!!
That means take it easy and enjoy yourself. There's no point in planning a night out if you don't get halfway through it.
Good Luck!

I can't say necessarily what to drink, but I can definitely tell you what not to do. Whatever you chose, stick with it...mixing too many different kinds of drink will give you the hangover from hell...especially mixing beer with liquor.
However, I will recommend Long Island Ice Tea's, they taste great and they'll knock you on your *** before you know it.

start with water and end with water, what you put in between will definitely determine whether you remember your 21 st birthday. Remember you do not have to drink to have a good time, most people who would never have a good time without drinking have to drink to have a good time.

Get the women to buy you shots of Patron, (trust me, it's very smooth especially when compared to 1800 or Cuervo, ) and shots of Johnny Walker Blue. You'll definitely end up with one of them by the end of the night when shes driving you to the hospital.
