How could I give her advise to telling him not to do that any more. It's not the first time hes done it either. I sent him a nasty note today saying call my mom now or the cops will be called and then i sent it to him. then he called my mom and said that i said i did call the cops now im grounded for this. im grounded at my dads and now my moms. please help us.

she was pretty fricken pissed so you know what people stop saying its just me. she hates when he does this there are times he will gone up to 4 days without calling and he has my moms car.

sounds like you need a new mother,or your mother needs a new boyfriend,..what is the matter with her?
Obviously your mother has picked a loser for a boyfriend..and you are stuck in the middle..,Once your mother wises up..(if that ever happens),sounds like she likes losers..maybe you and her can patch things up again. ,,but for now..give it a little time..and ignore it and tell her you thought you did the right thing.
She will eventually realize that she picked her boyfriends stupid actions of her own daughter's feelings.
Maybe you should live at your dad's for a while until the loser boyfriend gets kicked to the curb..my advice...
Let your mother pick who she wants.. a user loser or YOU..

That's really tough, and I've been there... It sounds like he does more stuff than just this thing with the car, and there are some other issues there--like you think maybe he's not treating her well, which is why you got mad about the car incident. I would suggest that you talk to your mom and explain that this guy isn't treating her well, and she deserves better. And that he makes you really uncomfortable because of how he treats you both. But if it's just the thing with the car, then you've just got to live with it for now.

took the car without asking. does he have to . this is your mums boyfriend if she had problems with it she would say so. i think you should stop being so hard on him and try and get along with him. think of your mum. she comes first. this is her life to you know.
