Because he didn't have 2.
Obviously, it would be a birth defect. It's a good thing it wasn't 3 eyes or it would be much harder to fix.
If he likes nipple stimulation later in life, he could have 3 times the pleasure.
..hmm, but did you mean 3 sets? Sounds like a dogs life to me.
