Just ask her if she likes you. The worst she can say is "no" and then at least you know where you stand and you can get on with your life. And if she says "yes" then you can go be happy knowing that you like each other.

Don't be shy, Be bold!!
Just look into her eyes & smile, ask her any simple ? for conversation sakes. If your in school, ask her what teacher she has for math class, you'll be able to tell if she likes you from the way she speaks back to you. If you like it & pick up a good vibe, then ask her if she would like to hang out w/you sometime.
If she turns you down, don't let it get to you to bad.
You'll only have experience for the next girl that comes around who might just be the one!!!!

There are no words that will be adequate here. If your desire is strong, it will be written all over your "subtle" question in body language.
Try asking her to hang out with you. Do fun things with her and if she likes you, it will become obvious at some point.

hopefully you have some friends that are girls 'cause their gonna have to help you with this. i would write a note and give to a friend thats a girl and you can trust and tell her to give it to that girl and hopefully she''l write you back and them you'll just see. ohh and on the no write from your secret admirer you'll make her feel all special inside. hope my advice helped.

WELL JUST GO UP TO THE GIRL AND ASK HER WHAT SHE LOOKS FOR IN A GUY.AND IF SHE DESCRIBES ANY QUALITIES THAT YOU HAVE,THEN BE HONEST WITH HER AND TELL HER THAT YOU LIKE HER.YOU WILL NEVER KNOW UNTIL YOU ASK HER.
