No it's not a sin; it just leads way to sin.

They say that what you watch or listen to can put you in the mood to do just that. For instance if you watch porn... you start to think about having sex and 9 times out of 10 you will.

If you listen to music talking about making love...
If you listen to music about breaking someone's head....
Get the drift?

So not it is not a sin but it can open up the door for sinful deeds and that's why people say "What you put in will come out".

I love slow songs and they say I shouldn't listen to that.

I'd rather ROCK with the sinners than be bored with the "saints."

(Slight variation of a Billy Joel lyric, but if listening to Ozzy is a sin, I'm going to hell WILLINGLY.)

What you music you listen to doesnt make you a sinner...it is how you live your life that determines that. I love Ozzy and live a good life. Listening to his music doesnt make me go out sin. It is what is in my head and in my heart that would make me do that. If you enjoy the music, it is not bad. It is all in how you live you life!

Rock on!

no it is not.....as the bible says (not exact quote) Its not what goes in you its what comes out......in other words you can hear a swear word or someone say things about Satan but if it does not come out of your mouth your OK. I am christian and like Ozzy too......by the way he never swears in his songs and he believes in god....how good of a christian he is i don't know.

it is entertainment. not a way of life. I like Ozzy too and I am a Religous person and a mommy to three. Enjoy some entertainment, and get into the jams.

going to church every week willingly doesn't make you Christian.
The Bible talks about the trusting in Jesus Christ's (God's Son) Sacrifice to pay for all you past present and future sins on His cross, and then His burial and resurrection from the dead as what get's you to heaven and makes you a Christian.
The Bible really makes it simple, nothing you can do good or bad gets you to heaven, just only believing that Jesus Christ was God's Son (100% God and 100% human) and and that your sins that you have committed have earned eternal hell for you as a result, and that Jesus died on the cross as a sacifice for your sins (someone else taking the punishment that was meant for you) was buried and three days later came back to life from the dead, all for you.
You believe that what Jesus did alone makes wipes away all sins from your record, and when your trust and depend on what Jesus did for you, as the only way to go to heaven and have eternal life. As soon as you just only trust Jesus, God views you as a sinliss saint, no matter what you've ever done or what sin you may still do in the future. No matter what happens, you will not go to hell anylonger, because you trusted Jesus and not going to church to get you to heaven.

Attending church and being good and not sinning and praising God doesn't make your a Christian.
It's simply believing in God's Son, Jesus, and His death, burial and ressurection; and accepting the free gift of eternal life in heaven and depending just for one instant on Jesus to save you from your sins, that pays the price for ALL of your sins (instead of you paying for it forever in hell)

So worry about the music later, and if you believe that the bible really is God's word, search for your self, and you'll find it's all true.

(by the way, my oppinion is that all of that music is a sin, but I'd rather you get saved first and believe on Jesus for salvation based on what He did for you, and then God will open your eyes and then you'll start to understand why people see that music s a sin. It's pointless to abstain from sins right now any way, becuase if you don't simply trust Jesus for salvation, and think Church is what makes you a Christian, according to the bible, your still going to hell.)

It's not a church or what you do, but what you believe and trust!
And that ought to be Jesus and the Gospel (death, burial, ressurection for your sins)!
