No. Cars and trucks have to be standardized for crash testing, location of seat belts and a million other regulations. (Not to mention the manufacturing issues if people could custom order lengths.)

However a full-size truck such as the Toyota Tundra will have plenty of leg room.

all the major truck mfgrs are within .5" when it comes to front seat leg room I just checked for ya ...yep
ford- g.m.- dodge-toyota- all between 41 and 41.5 inches
nope..you cant order em any other way

but you can order: a 6-way power seat [adjust the tilt of the seat for more knee room]
and adjustable foot pedals [ puts the gas & brake pedal further from you]
on your Ford F150 or F250

I recommend you go to your nearest Ford store and ask a salesperson for a test drive in one with those 2 options
Don't forget about tilting the wheel upwards for your looooong legs...........but i'm sure u already new that one

no wonder Ford F-series has been the best selling vehicle in the U.S. for 29 years consecutively !!!!!

You may be able to buy a different rail that the seat sits on that allows the seat to go back further.

No. the front seat is the most deadly position for a carseat to be. once you're in an coincidence, the airbag will installation. The rigidity will push the carseat into the seat, in all likelihood causing suffocation.
