is there a way to play game boy advance games on a game boy color? please give a y/n and reason

Yes there is a way. it involves rewiring and adding new hardware which is a very hard process. i suggest just playing Game boy color games on a GBA. if you are serous about modifying a game boy color here is a good link to try...

Game Boy Color came out before the Advance, and by typical video game system rules, you can only go forward, never back. Advance can play color, DS can play advance, etc.

No there is not unfortunately they are a different format and size...
