Not unless it's leaking. It's a "sleeping dogs lie" repair. Often you can create more problems than you solve getting into the heads. If you're not leaking, wait until you are. The timing chain on the other hand.....

My Ford Taurus has 260,000 miles and no gasket leaks. Don't change it unless it starts to leak...

Only if it's leaking. If it has an overhead cam engine -- and it probably does --- you should change the cam belt right about now. If you have the 2.3 liter I-4 engine, it will be damaged if the belt breaks.
