All of my pictures have a jagged line through them. I am losing my mind!! I followed their instructions to install the upgraded software and now they are closed and my software is all screwed up. Arrgh....

Contact Kodak. They will walk you through it. Easyshare software has a lot of problems with Microsoft XP if that's what you use. good luck! You may have to manually remove all of the dead links.

I Process film all the time there is 2 problems generally that i see when i process film. This usually occurs when A) The picture is damaged B) The picture has dust or other objects on it or C) the scanner needs to be cleaned via towl, or air.

PS. It possible that a "trial verson" was disabled because of the verson was over. so it's possible that it put a line through them so you could purchase the new verson?
I don't know i haven't worked with Kodak EasyShare; however I have worked with Kodak PictureKiosk, and The Kodak Freestanding.

sorry i dont recognize.....kodak elementary percentage is an extremely perplexing application inspite of the actuality that...i in basic terms plug my memory card right into a deleted products retreiver and get them that way(it somewhat works an similar as amemory stick or usb.......sturdy success...

I always have problems with mine, Just go into "My Pictures" on your startup menu and go to Kodak Pictures if you want to view them, its so much easier!

ya my friend got one and its broken now... you cant see the screen and when u can its colors are inverted... so good luck!!
