Very depressed!!!!!?

Question

I am 51 an very depressed!!!! I am in good health have 3 grown kids have some money problems and not very happy at all. in fact I am very bord with lifemy life!!!!!! I am doing construction in witch i am very bord and hade. I need a pasion ( sorry spelling)..... I am looking to relight my life. I have a wife ( 27 years) but I love her but the fun is gone........ What should I do? Help !!!!!!!!!!!!

Same situation here, but 45 yoa. I made the mistake of thinking since the spark was gone, so should the marriage. Although I have custody of my daughter, I am more sepressed than before. Meds don't help me but if I can offer anything to you: Do anything to relite that spark with your wife. I don't give a crap what it is you do or try, just do it.

Get that fire back.It is the mans responsibility to do that.Do what ever it took for you to get her.Talk to her,ask her for suggestions on what you can do to help bring that spark back.Notice i said help,because it takes two.It's mainly on you.The kids are gone,take her out on a date or some kind of outing.You suggest to her,this is what i think we should do,not forgetting that she has an opinion to.She might say something like,i don't care,or what ever you what to do.Include her in on the decision.If left up to you,then decide and follow though with it.

Take a cold shower. Read a book. Run around nakkie and be careful you don't poke yourself in the eye.

you might need to see a pyschiatrist and get on meds that will help you feel like you are living again...

i personally prefer wellbutrin xl and it has a low risk of sexual side effects......
