Another Iraq...easy win, bad aftermath. The rightwingers just can't accept the fact that most of the world now hates us.

If you want their oil forget it. Iraq was pumping more crude under Saddam.

There would be higher gas prices for a while. Venezuela does have some American military equipment from the 1980's but I think they need upgrades like with the F-16's they have.

So they should be easily defeated, but I don't think Hugo would want to go to war.

Worse insurgency than Iraq. Only some of the sunnis supported Saddam. Chavez won 2 election, and survived a coup. Oil supplies cut off, higher prices for gas or actual shortages.

I'll tell you this about U.S. war. I'm tired of this half-war that we keep fighting to appease the nobody should die/save the whales/free Tibet crowd.

If you're going to go to war, then you go all out. If you're not willing to go all out, then you shouldn't go to war. Our military has only two jobs. Kill people and break stuff. To put a bunch of restrictions on them on the battlefield only gets soldiers killed.

reasons for this is the lack of a quality air force they use russia rifles (not good) and sucky tanks they have nothing but oil. plus dissent through the ranks.
