Let them be for now and you might get your chance another time. It's not right to try and take someone's man/woman. Just think if the roles were reversed. You can let them know that you like them, but don't try to break them up. If they like you then they may end the relationship and you wouldn't technically be at fault.

I have 2 tips for you, sadly, you're not gonna like either of them:
1. Join the club. It sucks to be in this club, but I've been in it for a while now.
2. Get over it. If he/she is with somebody else, and that somebody makes them happy, that should be important to you. I know that the guy I'm literally in love with is happy with the chick he's going out with, so I let him alone, and it's more important to me that he's happy than if he's with me. I want him to be happy. You should want the person you like to be happy too.
