First impressions are long lasting, and we definitely don't want to be hearing this for the rest of our lives. Not to mention we want to have many more dates with you. So make sure you give him a kiss even if it's on the cheek.

Because first impressions last. How a first date goes dtermine how the relationship is going to be. Sometimes they want to make a good impression and just don't know how. Lets not forget how intimidating women can be.

They want to impress a girl but all that they really know about the person is what they've seen around her freinds or what they've heard combined with how she fronts. Most of the time he doesn't even know her at all. But donsn't want to seem to eager and he wants to say the right thing and hopefully get to know her. That or he doesn't want his girlfreind (and) (or) boyfreind to find out.

Usually because they want to make a good impression. Most men are just as insecure as women when it comes to feelings and they don't want to look stupid. It's a macho thing!!

what if I do soemthing wrong? say it wrong? look at her wrong? will she like me like this?
that is insecurity and that is what goes on young people's minds, even girls. Not just boys.
