What are you babbling about these are the last two amendments ratified:
Amendment XXVI

No law varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.

What are you asking? The last two ammendments are the Congress Salary increase one, and the 18 year old voting one. What's your issue exactly?
