It sounds counter intuitive, but the more you excerise the less hungry you actually get... and, of course, it makes the food you go it metabolise quicker.

If you can't get out to excerise, try drinking more water. Whatever you do, don't binge on the sodas, even the diet ones. If you have to get a tea (but then make up for it with water). Good luck!

Some times stress can create hunger. Try playing free download games, it keeps your mind off of food. You'll be too busy trying to win, rather then think about food. Play everyday if you can. Eat at least 2-3 apples a day.

Boredom. Find something else to do. Its a habit, you have to work hard to break it. Drink water when you are hungry between meals. Its great for you and really does make you feel full.

Have you been to see your doctor? I saw a programme on TV recently that indicated that this is actually a medical disorder, so you can probably get some help.

If your doctor is'nt sympathetic, try someone else, KEEP trying till you find someone who can help you.

I feel for you, I know that this is a serious problem, and nothing to joke about, I wish you well...........

You must make it a permanent habit of drinking two to three glasses of water before meals. This is going to help fill the contents of your stomach; leaving less room for food.
