I just used "Color Pulse" to dye my hair in Funky Cherry and Chilled Plum. How long do I have to wait before I can go swimming and let my hair get wet? I really don't want the colors to bleed.

It doesn't say on the box.

It's a "temporary" color (8-10 shampoos)

I just dyed it today.

It's red, so the color molecules are bigger so they don't last as long anyways.

It's a chlorinated home pool.

I already use conditioner anyways, would that help save my new color?

i don't know but may i give you a tip on something else....before you go swimming put some conditioner on it...leave in, rinse out, it dosn't matter but if you get clorine buildup in your hair it eats at it and makes it messy and matts a lot....(i used to have a lot of problems with that cause i'm a lifeguard) so condition it before you swim :-)

Ive used that stuff before and every time I took a bath it kept coming out. Try getting in the shower and rinsing your hair till the color stops coming out then it should be ok to go swimming by the way I had a bad experience with color pulse I got eletric black and it turned my hair purple and ity said it was suppose to stay in just for a little while It didnt it stayd in for months. AND YES I washed my hair often. Anyway it turned into aa lavender color then like awhite and eventually went away. bUT it should be fine to swim as long as it doesnt like leak in the pool or somthing

you could bypass swimming in spite of the indisputable fact that it is not any longer quite counseled the day after. do no longer shampoo/challenge (except conditioner got here contained in the dye packaging) your hair untill 24 hours have exceeded by technique of because you dyed your hair, it can make the due wash out back. good success and that i'm hoping it grew to change into placed best for you ! :)
