First, let me say that I am a Christian. I picked up one of Sylvia's books in the library. I was skeptical but interested. When I read her book The Other Side and Back it really intrigued me, especially the information about Christian reincarnation and the books in the Bible that were banned on the subject by the council of Constantinople in 543 A.D. Sylvia talks about her spirit guide and what she has revealed to her about Heaven and that there are things that the spirit guide is not allowed to reveal at all. What are your thoughts on psychics? Are you familiar with Sylvia Browne?

I am very comfortable and confident in my salvation. I do have an open mind and I do read alot of books, none of which I believe reading would bring about my eternal damnation. When my judgement comes, I will stand ready. How about you, changRdie?

I like her. She seems to beleive what she says, and I'm not sure she is wrong. To all those who will tell you that you will go to He** for this, I would like to say to them that if they were really Christian people, they wouldn't go around judging others! That is for God to do, not you!

Yes I am familiar with her. That's is the first book I read of hers. I kept reading. Sylvia is a Gnostic christian and a world renowned psychic. Her books started to make me question conventional Christianity. I had already turned away from religion for the most part. Her books have enlightened me and sent me on a path to spirituality which I think is more important than choosing a religion. I think if any of that made sense to you then you should keep reading her books and others like it. She is also on the montell show at 10am every Wed. www.sylvia.org

Very familiar with her books and her shows on Montel. She has great insights thanks to her guide Francine. I do wish she had not started her own "church", she is quite religious, but do not know if you would consider her a christian. I have seen some great readings by her. I saw John Roberts in person and was equally impressed. No way he made up the stuff. Sometimes psychics will do a cold reading and then they are just grasping at straws and you can tell after awhile.

I do believe that psychics do exist, but I believe that Sylvia Browne is a huge scam artist.
I am familar with Sylvia Browne from the Montel Williams show, she predicted that Michael Jackson would be convicted and go to jail...but that did not happen.
I'm not trying to be rude or judgemental, but from the looks of it, she created her whole pseudo-psychic routine out of greed and low self esteem.
She claims to be so spiritual and religious, but in almost every religion, it's considered very evil and immoral to use divination, or psychic awareness for your own personal gain.

The woman is a fake and uses Psychology. She charges for her services and I have yet to see "specific" prophesies of hers happen.
Come the turn of the century she said the IRS would be closed down. Its still here. She also gave a prophecy about UFOs making a very public landing - the date has come and gone - no alien. She's making money off of the gullible.
Besides she is dabbling in the occult in areas (supposedly) communicating with the dead - actually demons who have been around mankind since the dawn of time. It stands to reason certain demons who have been around particular dead people would know everything about their lives. All they need do is find someone possessed or sensitive to them (demons pretending to be the dead) and they can make the hardest resistor to the paranormal believers.
We are too close to the end of days for Christians to be playing footsies with the demonic. We are on the brink of world war III (days of tribulation) and the Antichrist is coming in the guise of the Muslims "Mahdi" (a kind of messiah for Muslims) and will deceive many - BE CAREFUL because of this woman can capture your attention and confuse your beliefs - then the Antichrist will have No Problem doing the same with you.

She's a con artist. She supplies human beings faux desire for a intense fee. look into YouTube for most video clips the position she receives issues lifeless incorrect (no pun meant). the single the position she tells a grieving couple that their daughter became shot (she died mysteriously yet there have been no wounds of any kind on her body) in simple terms is going to demonstrate what a terrible man or woman she is. no longer notably she tries her toughest to weasel out of her BS.

I believe all people have some "psychic" ability, each varies in strength and particular ability. womens intuition, close calls where you stop and end up avoiding something, its all and extra sensory perception of some sort. i like sylvia browne, she also guest stars quite frequently on the montel show.

I say those who are genuinely gifted are not going to put the said gift as a show. I dislike the use of gifts for ill gotten gains. Then you have the fakes. People who say they are gifted but are in fact liars.
Then there is the real deal, i know several of them and they are very smart people. As an occultist i enjoy their company and occasionally their insight.
