Hopefully not. If he knew he was going to have to be taking drug tests (random or scheduled) and there will be an ugly consequence for failing (jail, loss of job, etc.) then he was a stupid moron for taking drugs.
Obviously passing the test wasn't important to him. Perhaps he'll learn to be smarter next time.

If he already took the test, you can wait for the results. if he didnt, tell him to eat a whole tube of smokers toothpaste, it totally throws the test off. its gross but worth it.
