I am currently trying to identify those regions in the world which, even though souvereign states, will be most unlikely to get dragged into wars when whatever is happening now in the Mid-East and Asia escalates (includes terrorist activity). My current guesses center around Latin America. Any other, interesting guesses?

Doesn't matter. The nuclear holocaust will find you wherever you hide. May delay your death, but for what?

good day. properly there are some applicants, whom i am going to describe. North Korea and us have starting to be tensions. Their Lead Kim Il Jung is a nut! in spite of the indisputable fact that, they're particularly weak! Their nuclear features are not from now on some thing compared to ours, therefore doesn't put up an effective wrestle. This likely doesn't be an effective determination. yet another candidate is Iran. one ingredient to improve suspense is that we do not understand in the journey that they have got a nuclear ability or no longer. it truly is plausible Russia bought them nuclear missiles. They dislike the U.S. to extremely a level. an truly relaxing candidate is Russia. they're the most useful applicants and may make for an truly good action picture. at the moment Russian subs were observed outdoors of Alaska too. Tensions are starting to be truly, and they don't suggestions promoting missiles to the enemies of our usa. they can make warfare with us.

Yup, Switzerland. That's the country I'd like to move to...... Iceland is used by at least the US as a stopover for planes crossing the Atlantic, though I suppose if you specify the Middle East as the war zone it wouldn't much matter. However, there's no guarantee it stays there.

Most of the island nations close to Fiji, and probably new zealand.

As far as who would definately be involved goes, all of middle east, the great powers of the world, USA, Russia, UK, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, most of Europe, and probably most of the countries that have muslim rulers or huge population. For example most of norther African countries, the countries that came out of USSR, countries around Indonesia and quite a bit more.

Mexico... we're always in a neutral position (thank god)... we don't like diggin into problems that aren't ours that much... I only see Mexico joining a war if the country was attacked...otherwise...nah, we're either to peaceful or too lazy.

Besides Mexico... I agree with you, the rest of Latin America.

New Zealand seems like a good choice, the Latin Americas have drug cartels and civil wars---

Greenland would be a good choice too...

If it has to be a mainland country my choice might be Mogolia, which seems to be mostly farmers there...
