It's not normal if---- You have fantasies about being drenced in an unwilling paticipants blood. Or, if you associate the blood spill with violence. For example.....if you have fantasies about stalking the streets in the dead of night and slicing some unsuspecting stranger up and making them bleed, my friend, you are pretty much ****** in the head and should seek some serious therapy.

However....if you like a little blood shed in the bedroom, with a WILLING significant other..nothing too dangerous, I suppose that's normal for some people. Some folks just have some strange fetishes.

Personally I find that kind of disgusting, but hey, whatever fries your bacon. Who am I to judge?

Just make sure you're safe if you decide to partake in this craziness. Don't go getting any horrible diseases.

Hmm...it is puzzling to outline what "time-honored" is yet i'd genuinely say that having the kind of fetish falls right into a small share of the international inhabitants who also percentage that fetish.

Hmm...it's hard to define what "normal" is but I'd definitely say that having such a fetish falls into a small percentage of the global population who also share that fetish.

I would also venture to say that it is not normal and it is not safe.

In addition to the blood-bourne disease risk, there is also risk of infection. Anytime you cut yourself, whether accidently or intentionally, you are putting yourself at risk for a wide variety of infections.

A couple of years ago, I was a live-in caregiver for a 78 year old man. At one point he was hospitalized and I went to the hospital every day. I had a paper cut on my finger and somehow came in contact with the herpes simplex virus on that finger. If I did not have the cut, I would not have been infected.

I don't think it's normal, but if you're referring to "blod play" where your partner plays with blood on you, then I also have that fetish.

Start with chicken blood before you dig in the trash looking for used tampons...

no, it is not normal

if its your thing, embrace it without doing anything illegal (i am sure that the blood shed in jail would not be a turn on)

but i am sure that would not fall under the 'normal' category

***remember to play it safe....diseases aren't very sexy either***

I would say that it is NOT normal and definitely NOT healthy. There are plenty of blood-borne infrections (HIV, Hepatitus,...) that you would be exposing yourself too.
