Do not know for sure what you mean.. were they previously cooked in water or in a skillet? If in water.. and you want to recook.. then put them in boiling water again for a very short while just to warm them.. if they were previously cooked in a skillet.. then warm the skillet again with some oil.. get the oil hot also and put the formerly cooked shrimp in the skillet that is hot and move the shrimp around in the skillet for a while JUST TO GET THEM WARM..... and there you have it.

Put it in the frying pan and warm it up if you're desperate i guess. Some times people boil it to peel it then they saute' in a frying pan and add things like basil, lemon juice, and garlic. The general rule for boiling shrimp is like 10 to 15 min or so till the shrimp is clear. You shouldn't pan fry it any longer than 5 min, or it'll be like rubber. ( Currently I reside in Maine I have eaten a lot of shrimp. )

How was it cooked in the first place, and why are you re-cooking?

If it was steamed or boiled in the first place, you can do the same again very quickly.

You can also take a blanched/steamed/boiled shrimp and saute it in olive oil or something - don't over cook. Just heat it up.

You don't. It will get rubbery. But you can reheat it for a few seconds in the microwave.
