The first indication that a dog or cat is infected with some type of parasite is, very often, the presence of "something" in the dog's or cat's feces. If your dog or cat (or other pet) passes anything unusual in its feces, SAVE IT! Your veterinarian will usually find it more helpful to "see" what was in your pet's feces than to listen to your description of it. The best way to save such specimens is to pick them out of your pet's feces and put them into a container containing some alcohol (rubbing alcohol works fine). The alcohol will kill and preserve the specimen.
How do I tell if my dog or cat has tapeworms? There is only one way to determine if your pet is infected with a tapeworm, and that is to find the tapeworm's eggs or proglottids ("segments") in the pet's fecal material. When tapeworm proglottids are passed in your pet's feces, they are white, large enough to be seen with the naked eye, and they may actually crawl around in the feces. The proglottids of Dipylidium caninum resemble typically grains of rice. The proglottids may stick to your pet's fur and drop off later, so it is possible to find proglottids on the floor or furniture. The absence of proglottids in your pet's feces does not mean that you pet is not infected with tapeworms. Some tapeworms (including Dipylidium caninum) pass eggs in the feces, and these eggs can be seen only with a microscope. Thus, to insure that your pet is free of tapeworms, a fecal sample must be examined microscopically, and such examinations should be done periodically.

Well if she pooped the same thing. I think she has something else wrong and you should call the vet. If she had worms you would be able to them (normally little white worms).
Most cat's are shedding right now and she could have a very bad hair ball as well. Call the VET PLEASE.

Many times an animal may have worms even though you see no evidence of it. Roundworms (ascarids) are several inches long, look like spaghetti, and may occassionally be seen in the stool or vomit of an infected pet; usually, though, you will not see them.
Hookworms and whipworms are very small and virtually impossible to see in the stool or vomit.
Segments of tapeworms can be seen; they may appear as rectangular segments moving around the anal area of the animal, or as white rice-like or cucumber seed-like segments around the anus.
So basically, except for tapeworms, the best way to diagnose worms in a pet is to have a fecal exam performed by your veterinarian. In a fecal exam, we look for the microscopic eggs of the worms. Eggs may not always be present in the stool, even though a pet has worms. This is why regular deworming is performed even though evidence of worms may not be present. Fecal exams should still be performed regularly to detect the presence of species of parasitic worms, which may not be killed by our usual wormers.

there's a chance of worms. Hook worms are the worst type that cats get the most. Hook worms will weaken the cat and make it die a sluggish demise if no longer treated. they could also get heart worms too yet heart worms do no longer cause them to rub their butt.

my cats often throw up slightly green liquid, it usually happens when they are about to bring up fur.
unless they are heavily infested i think its hard to tell whether they have worms or not. it wont hurt to worm them youself if you are worried - it is cheaper than a vets bill!

Get her to the vet as soon as possible. That's the only way to determine what is wrong with her and to help her.

check her poop, if there is worms, than she has worms, if there isnt any than she doesnt, she is obviously sick, she probably doesnt have worms, because animals with worms dont have those kind of symptoms, worms dont make cats sick.
