I have a simple side part on the right side of my head with straight hair, and have had the same style for months. Should I at least get a new hairstyle for the new school year, to avoid people thinking I'm boring? If yes, I need some ideas, maybe a website with instructions or something. I'm sorry but I'm just no good at hair styling.

For God's sake, can't we just all be individuals and do things the way WE want to and not what is "the norm"? I'm not syaing I would go BACK to wearing my hair in a mullet but for God's sake, if people want to, they should be able to without fear of other ridiculing them.

Do what you want, don't worry about what others will think. It's your hair, do you like it the way you have it? If so then leave it, if not and you're tired of it then go get it cut or a new style. There are hairstyle magazines at the grocery store you can look at or buy. Or look at books at a beauty salon, they tend to have some good ones if you're going for a new style. Do be sure that if you get a new style that it'll work with your face shape.

if the style is easy to take care of then keep it
if the style looks good and it makes you feel comfortable then keep it
i have had the same style for a 20 yrs it makes me look younger and i like it
i just wash and go and with my schedule i need a style like this

Screw everyone else - does it make you feel great then leave it be beautiful! If not, get some cheapy hair magazine and look for pics of styles that you like.
Also if you really like someones hairstyle, found out their stylist and see what they think would look good for you.

My Fringe Has Been With Me For fairly a lengthy time period Now. So I Do Like keep It as a lot as date. yet i respect My Fringe, and that i look extra constructive With a perimeter, So Why replace It, If i'm happy with It.

If you are happy with your hair and your style is becoming on you ...I advise leaving it be. If you make a huge change you might not like it and you might feel comfortable at school. Maybe just a trim.

If your hair style looks good and you like it .. then keep it.
If you are a bit bored then you can try a temporary color with kool-aid ...
Just remember ...
You don't need to change for others.

You need to change it up sometimes maybe curl it or change the colors solid and highlights for the fall. if it's thin don't perm it it will ruin your hair then you will be miserable. Maybe pull it up and make it cute.

Maybe get a perm or something. Dye your hair. Or, even cooler, Dye your hair an awesome color like blue or purple, then get a perm.
