Could be a lot of reasons. Everything form heart worms to just to hot. Dogs pant to cool off. She could be in pain. Take her to the vet. She could use a check up.

give the dog some cool water all day along and if she is still panting in a few days GET HER IN THE VET NOW!!!
P.S if you live in a hot place like Texas let her in ever now and then especially in the heat of the day but if that don't work then take her to the VET!

it can be bad maybe she is over weight and she needs to go on a diet or she could have developed a heart problem and the symptoms are showing take her to the doctor and maybe the problem can be fixed or she may just need to rest, let her rest for a day or to and if that doesn't help take her to the vet

well dogs try to cool off by panting but if its that hard breathing it might be respitory problems so take her to a vet just to make sure *_*

That is how dogs breath and get rid of heat. Do you live in a hot and humid climate? I say it is normal. Do you make sure she has lots of fresh water?

well one of the main reasons dogs pant is because thats how they get rid of heat! make sure she gets lots of water! when my dog is hot she lays downstairs on the tile because it is nice and cool! she just could be very hot and i would be causious so she doesnt have a heat stroke!

its possible it might be a little too hot for her.. when she's inside make sure its nice and cold.. and when she's outside, make sure shes in a shady spot. but just in case, check with a vet.
