I have a child. To see my child betrayed to an unrighteous judge, charged with a crime they didn't commit, and sentenced to death (in place of a terrorist), would be like being stabbed in the heart.

This was prophesied to Mary when Jesus was a tiny, tiny baby. The old man at the Temple told Mary that "a sword shall go through your heart also." I don't take that sword to be literal, rather metaphorical.

Nobody wants to out-live their children.

i do not know exactly what you mean by the "prophet" Jesus...i assume that this alayhi salaam was the name you use for mary?
either way...she was his mother...i believe she felt the same that any mother would feel if her son was found guilty and to be put to death in such a horrible way...there would be nothing you could say or do to stop it...you would not want to watch this happen, but could not stop yourself from being there...
confusion, love, helplessness, defeat, probably a great disappointment, and i would assume some questions going up to God

your question is not very plain...

i imagine she suffered as any mother would over her child going through what Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior went through for us
but she also suffered as a believer that our Lord Jesus Christ the one true Son of the Living God was being physically removed from this earth and over all of the suffering He endured so that we could go to Heaven also...

Prophet? Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior...God in the flesh...read yer bible

be cool...

How do you explain that Gandhi and Martin Luther King both knew they were going to die before they did just as Jesus did? Prophets know because they prophesize.

Jesus was not a prophet as you state.

She probably felt just as bad as his disciples did.

What's your point?
