ok i am a size 13 and i want to get down to a size 8 within 32 dayz.... what are some good exercises to help me with my goal??

go to prevention.com they have alot of healthy eating and excersising tips, but taking off soo much weight so soon you have to give yourself twice as long to loose it as you did to gain it 32 dayz wont allow you enough time

That big old exercises ball does a great job, I picked up at a local sporinggood store and it came with a DVD showing about 25 different exercises. But loseing that much that quick is not practical or healthy

Do Cardio workouts with exercises that increase your heart rate quickly. Also other tips: Get enough sleep because if you don't sleep you can't lose weight. Don't overwork yourself you don't want have lactic acid buildup. Also make sure that your goal is realistic. Find out what your lean muscle mass is and figure out what your goal should be from there. And also eat leaner foods, whole grains and eat enough fruits and vegetables.

You need to eat a well-balanced diet, but low in fat and carbs. Keep servings small, and don't starve, your body will not shed a pound! Mix cardio routines such as walking, running, hiking, swimming, biking with strength training. Build up over time if you are not used to exercising.

Make this a lifestyle choice, not just a way to a dress size or two!

You can try the "V" position sit-ups. Here's how it works.

Get your butt on the floor and do the normal sit-ups but this time, you will also exercise your thighs so you will move your knees towards your tummy. Get it? It's like you are forming a V with your body and it should be simultaneous with your crunches. It's a good exercise and it targets your lower abs along with destroying those thigh fats.

crunches, sit-ups, push-ups lunges, squats (anything for the butt, legs and stomach0 those are the main parts u need to tone if u want to wear a smaller dress size...........................

Squeezing your butt cheeks when you're taking a big 'ol crap in mister toilet, you will feel 10 lbs. lighter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
