Like his prescription drug plan, this immigration plan is lunacy. He's proposing to grant amnesty, but refuses to call it amnesty. We've already done this twice before. Amnesty is not a solution, it's just pandering to the latino vote. Once all the illegals are made legal, they'll just be replaced by new illegals.

No plan works unless it starts with closing the borders. Why are there so many goobers in this country who are so upset about us controlling our borders? Every other country in the world does it. We're not saying nobody can come in. We're just saying we have to know who you are and what you want when you come in.

No, cause I have a better plan:
Starting with the boarder situation we have now,
1. Pass an incentive to help local police officials to round up illegals.
- they don't have the money or the man power right now so provide monetary bonuses to cities, states, and communities which will more than pay them back for providing this service.

2. Illegals are sent to the boarder after going through 8 week training program (aka bootcamp)

3. Illegals will be sent to the board under the command of a senior boarder official. They will be required to serve 6 month boarder duty. Boarder duty will include patrols, building boarder barriers, landscaping the boarder, and advising boarder officials where to look for easy entrances into US. For their service, they will be provided food, shelter, and $5 per hour pay. At the end of 6 months, they will be turned over to Mexican authorities.

4. Constructive illegals may be granted another 6 - 12 month stay in US by serving in leadership roles for supervising other illegals in their boarder duties. They will be paid $10 per hour in this position. Higher positions may be made available. Prior to their return to Mexico, they will be given information and services which will allow them to apply for citizenship.

Benefits:
1. Significant reduction in money spent on additional boarder patrols and citizen patrols.
2. Mexicans allowed to remain in US for an additional 6 months while earning American dollars.
3. Cost of a wall constructed at boarder will be significantly reduced.
4. Productive Mexicans will receive special benefits while on duty.
5. Local law enforcement receive support they need to enforce the immigration policies.
6. Boarder officials learn how better to patrol the boarder from the Mexicans themselves.
7. Illegals have the ability to earn a few more American dollars prior to being deported.

I cannot say its really bad . but to be fair to legal immigrants could have also formulated a good beneficial plan for them.The plan is beneficial in lots of ways to illegal immigrants. what happened to being legal paying you taxes to one day realize you dreams of being a permanent resident. legal immigrants struggle for 7-8 years to become permanent residents.but every year there is one plan proposed to grant amnesty to illegal people present here.
