I am thankful for organ donors. I have donor valves in my heart-so I think its great. I see nothing ungodly about it.

I think organ donation is fine. If you are going to donate organs after you die (as opposed to donating a kidney or part of your liver while you are alive), you have to actually be dead, or have your heart beating only by life support, in order to donate organs. i remember reading somewhere about doctors taking some patients organs when they weren't really dead yet...

"Donate" is actually a broad term. Some organ donations out there include medical research. I am a Christian, but I want my organs to go to someone who needs them to save their life. I don't want them to be used in labs for experiments.

God bless you...i strongly believe in organ donation...there's probably a joke inside me somewhere about 'giving back', but it's been a long week...organ donation is a truly wonderful thing...

I don't see what faith has to do with it or not, but yes, I agree with the above, it's the ethical thing to do.

That's awesome.
God is a God of life, and wants to help others... especially with a gift of life.
What a beautiful and kind gift.

I don't have a problem with it. My husband doesn't either. But the rest of my family does...like my mom, dad, sister.

I won't really know or care when I die, so if someone can use what's left of me, they're welcome to it. It's not like I hope I die, but if I do, at least it will help people.

Well, it's not like I'll be using them. So, hey, if it helps someone else, I'm all for it!
