If you maintain the vehicle properly, and do not abuse it, you could easily get 250,000 miles or more out of it. A lot depends on the type of use. City driving is harder on a vehicle than highway driving. Heavy loads and towing trailers cause more wear than light duty use.

Those years I have seen hit 200k easy including some 2001s already (saw a 2004 heritage at 94k miles today) so if you keep up the maintaince 200k is easy.. don't excessively idle it , the motor should see 250-300 k easy (I've seen these motors in the super duty trucks at 300k+)
But I still remember a 1995 I worked on, had 500k miles on it
Got a 2003 not broke in yet at 33k miles....:-)

If you do not use it for towing, 200k is possible for the V8s with Automatics
and don't do any real off roading or any power train changes or lift kits
I have seen 1 close to 400, and many past 200, but these were highway miles, not much freezing or snow

If you take care of it which it sounds like you do you can EASILY get 200,000+ Miles, I know ALOT of people who own Ford F-150's and the oldest is a 1998 and that has 232,000miles and the newest is a 2002 and that has 152,000miles so you can get ALOT of miles out of the truck if you keep taking care of it like you are now

I have a 1992 Ford Flareside truck and it has 249,000 miles on it and is still going strong. The body is still excellent. I'll drive it until it quits and then put in a new motor and transmission and drive it until it quits again.

i imagine you're speaking about a V8 right here? American engines lasts, in spite of the indisputable fact that the upkeep is a soreness. i have considered those first F-one hundred and fifty nevertheless operating the streets with over 400k miles. safeguard your motor vehicle and the engine and also you received't be apologetic about it, believe me.

Depends on how it is use and maintain.
GOOD OIL changed often, transmission oil change when its dirty, antifreeze change when its dirty.. Enemy of an engine is dirt and heat.
My last car I had close to 400,000 miles and still going strong without major repairs.
