I have Korean Windows and know the Korean language well enough to read and type or write it. The only thing I can make out is the writing in blue. It says "position room", meaning where you you can learn how to move the character or how to position him. The other Korean words I can't make out. If you had a better picture, then I could at least read it and find an answer or ask my Korean colleagues.
I'll have a complete answer for you on Tuesday, b/c I'm gonna ask my pro-gamer friend and luckily he's Korean. Gonna see him on Tuesday.
OK, Thanks for the picture. I was wrong the first time. The writing in blue says "Room of champions/ best level?"
Then it goes something like this....
