Sancho means "the other guy" and Sancha is "the other woman", the person you're cheating with. Yeah it does probably mean the other stuff they're telling you but most likely that's what people mean when they say it.

In the area that I am from, Sancho means the man that you cheat on your husband/ boyfriend with. In other words, your "forbidden" lover. Someone you have an extra-marital affair with, A MAN THAT YOU CHEAT ON YOUR HUBBY WITH...
